Hello.

I’ve spent decades as a graphic designer, working for all kinds of businesses and corporations, as both an employee and a freelancer. I’ve enjoyed it all — until now.

For the last few years I’ve felt a creeping dissatisfaction with my work. I blame some of it on getting older: I turned 65 and can see the end of the road! But the truth is, for years I’ve had projects in my head that haven’t pursued. Client work was a valid excuse, but the truth is that the roadblock was really procrastination, and downright fear (mostly the latter).

So I start, feeling my way along, making notes and images as I go. And I’m documenting it here. Many old posts from my graphic design website are also here, just so I can remember where I’ve been.
